Morgan Tran graduated from the University of Surrey (United Kingdom) in 2017 with an LLB (Hons) and has also completed the New Zealand Diploma in Legal Executive Studies. Currently completing admission requirements to practise as a lawyer in New Zealand. Morgan brings a strong academic foundation and practical experience to every matter.

Morgan has gained extensive experience working across a range of law firms in New Zealand, developing a refined and client-focused approach to property transactions, assisting individuals and businesses with buying, selling, refinancing, ownership transfers and other legal services with clarity and confidence.

Morgan specialises in residential and commercial conveyancing, including new builds, cross-leases, and unit titles, with particular strength in managing urgent refinance and lending matters. Known for precision, thoroughness and attention to detail, every stage of the process is handled seamlessly from contract review through to settlement.

Fluent in English, Thai, Vietnamese and Chinese. Morgan builds trusted relationships through clear communication, efficiency and a consistently high standard of service. The focus is simple: to make complex legal processes feel straightforward and protect the client's best interest while delivering smooth and reliable outcomes.
